What started as a small roasting operation inside Clay’s garage has grown into a coffee company built on community, long-standing partnerships, and a genuine love for the craft. Today, we roast single origin coffees and blends for more than 150 wholesale partners, along with the guests who walk through our own café doors, always with the goal of creating coffee people want to drink every day.

At the heart of our roastery is our 1969 Probat cast iron roaster, a machine widely respected for the way it develops sweetness, body, and balance in the cup. But great coffee is only part of the story. Eiland has always been about people. Over the years, our shops have become gathering places where conversations happen, friendships form, and coffee is simply the excuse to slow down for a moment. Stop by for a cup and stay awhile.
